The debut psychological thriller that will forever change the way you look at other people's lives.
Rachel takes the same commuter train every morning and night. Every day she rattles down the track, flashes past a stretch of cozy suburban homes, and stops at the signal that allows her to daily watch the same couple breakfasting on their deck. She’s even started to feel like she knows them. Jess and Jason, she calls them. Their life—as she sees it—is perfect. Not unlike the life she recently lost.
And then she sees something shocking. It’s only a minute until the train moves on, but it’s enough. Now everything’s changed. Unable to keep it to herself, Rachel goes to the police. But is she really as unreliable as they say? Soon she is deeply entangled not only in the investigation but in the lives of everyone involved. Has she done more harm than good?

This was my bookclub's September book of the month.  The Girl on the Train got a collective 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!  If this was based on a true story it's soooo the Brad-gelina / Rachael from friends saga! Yeah I know her name is Jennifer A., but coincidence that the scorned lady in the book's name is also Rachael.... I think not! Orrrr Anna is short for Angelina....think about it! Perhaps the author really loved The Interview with a Vampire movie and preferred Tom over Brad.... at any rate, there's another connection there. I'm just saying too many parallel similarities. This is definitely the alternate story of when Brad (aka Tom) cheated on Jen(aka Rach) with Ange(aka Ann) then left her for that Beeeooughccchhh. No worries 😉 ladies revenge comes sweeter with karma. Just crack that Chardonnay and cheers 🍻 to the good life. All things happen for a reason. Even really bad breakups you can't get over. Just don't drink too much. Blackouts and memory loss are never good things. Besides contrary to popular belief being pissy drunk ain't cute. If there was one portrayal I despised about this one, it was that one. No way in h-e-double "l" I would drink my life away for any reason or pine over some man who doesn't want me. Nor would I act like a stalker or harassing crazy ex. Ain't nothing in life worth that kind of self punishment. They probably "deserve each other" anyway! When life gives you lemons 🍋 honey you better rub those lemons on a few strains for some gorgeous summer highlights, whip that hair back, strap on some stilettos 👠 and werk. Get back out there and get your life! Oh and keep you eyes open and mind clear for the crazies because they definitely out there...

Am I going to see the movie?
You damn skippy!
